We are seeking a skilled English Communication Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented trainer to design and deliver high-impact training programs that enhance the English communication skills of students aged 12–18.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional spoken and written English, strong coaching abilities, and a deep understanding of adolescent psychology. They will be responsible for creating engaging lessons, running workshops, and mentoring students individually.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver outcome-focused lessons on spoken English, pronunciation, listening, vocabulary in context, and applied grammar.
  • Run focused workshops on presentations, group discussions, mock-interviews, and interview bootcamps.
  • Design formative and summative assessments to track student progress and produce concise progress reports for parents.
  • Mentor students individually, helping shy or anxious learners build confidence.

Candidate profile:

  • Exceptional spoken and written English; able to model clarity, tone, and professional communication.
  • Strong soft-skills coaching ability and proven experience working with teenagers.
  • Deep understanding of adolescent psychology and child-sensitive teaching approaches.
  • Minimum one year classroom/training experience (school, coaching, corporate training preferred).
