Job Title: Senior Manager, Marketing

About the Role:

The Senior Manager, Marketing will be responsible for leading the Marketing team at AirAsia, driving the development and execution of marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. This role will oversee all aspects of marketing, including marketing planning, campaign management, budget management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic, searches, and conversions
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure alignment with business priorities
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure team success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Distribution, Branding, Creative, Public Relations/Communications, and Regional/Group teams
  • Project manage campaigns and drive total communication
  • Manage overall budget & spends, aligning investment decisions with business priorities & goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in airline e-commerce marketing or FMCG
  • Proven track record in e-commerce product marketing or digital marketing
  • Self-motivated, good logical thinking, and analytical strength in dealing with new exposure
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop action plans
  • Strong command in English - written and verbal
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence upward, downward, and laterally across the organisation and geographic boundaries
  • Agile, self-motivated, well-organised, and energetic in driving change management
  • Ability to think strategically, demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
