Job Title: Director, Marketing Analytics

Job Summary:

The Director, Marketing Analytics will lead corporate marketing planning and analytics for the integrated marketing team with the delivery of annual plan, quarterly planning and reporting, and daily sales and promotion analysis. Key deliverables are the maintenance and communication of accurate and timely marketing calendars and marketing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the implementation of the corporate and business marketing strategies and plan to ensure flawless execution, on time and on budget.
  • Focus on providing best in-class support to Analytics teams by managing priorities through effective communication and business benefit estimation.
  • Manage a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers, ensuring their professional growth and success.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies and tools to enhance analytic capabilities, automate processes, and improve decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in leading analytics and data science teams, preferably in the retail or luxury fashion industry.
  • Proven expertise in establishing and building analytics across different retail functions.
  • Strong expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with data management platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
