We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Insights Strategist to join our team at starsnstripes. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in data insights, analytics, or reporting roles, preferably in a social media or digital agency.

About the Role:

This pivotal role requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyze performance across multiple platforms and clients, prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports, and provide actionable insights to drive strategies. Our ideal candidate should be well-versed in digital trends, competition, and the social media landscape, with a knack for converting data into meaningful recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Collect, process, and analyze data from various platforms (social media, websites, and paid campaigns).
    • Develop weekly and monthly performance reports for all platforms and clients, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
    • Customize reports to highlight campaign success, audience engagement, and ROI across different clients.
    • Maintain dashboards and create visualization tools for real-time tracking of campaign performance.
    • Identify performance gaps and provide optimization recommendations backed by data.
  • Social Media Insights & Trend Analysis
    • Track emerging trends in the digital and social media space to guide content and campaign strategies.
    • Analyze competitor activities and share benchmark reports for client comparison.
    • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and adjust reporting metrics as needed.
    • Evaluate audience sentiment and content performance to uncover deeper insights.
  • Strategic Recommendations
    • Provide actionable insights during campaigns, recommending improvements to optimize results.
    • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align data insights with campaign objectives.
    • Identify untapped opportunities for clients, such as new audience segments or platform innovations.
    • Assist in developing A/B testing frameworks and measuring their impact.
  • Tool Management & Technical Expertise
    • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Data Studio, and other social analytics platforms.
    • Manage data pipelines and integrations between tools to streamline reporting.
    • Research and recommend the adoption of new tools to enhance analytics capabilities.
  • Communication & Collaboration
    • Present data insights and reports in a clear, concise, and engaging manner for both internal teams and clients.
    • Act as the reporting expert for the team, ensuring all data queries are addressed promptly.
    • Ensure that reports are delivered on time, meeting client expectations for frequency and quality.
    • Collaborate with the strategy team to set measurable KPIs and monitor their achievement.
  • Data Integrity & Process Improvement
    • Maintain the accuracy and reliability of all data points across platforms.
    • Develop standardized processes for report creation, ensuring consistency across clients.
    • Proactively identify areas for improvement in campaign efficiency and reporting workflows.
    Salary & Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3-4 years of experience in data insights, analytics, or reporting roles, preferably in a social media or digital agency.
  • Proven expertise in creating weekly and monthly reports across multiple platforms and clients.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel, and social media analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
  • Strong understanding of key metrics, including engagement rates, impressions, CTR, ROI, and conversions.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data.
  • Knowledge of paid media performance tracking and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and competitive benchmarking.
