Job Title: IT Infrastructure Operations Lead

This role is responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of IT infrastructure and services at Trilegal. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring systems, health checks, and capacity utilization, as well as providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on system health and plans.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Uptime and Performance: Ensure 99.5% uptime for IT infrastructure and services through monitoring systems, health checks, capacity utilization, and report analysis.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on system health and plans, including key performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.
  • Procurement and Vendor Management: Assist in the procurement process, including vendor evaluation, proof of concept, selection, and implementation.
  • IT Security: Implement effective IT security applications on systems to ensure the security of data, in coordination with other IT team members.
  • Network Operations: Ensure 99.5% uptime for IT Network infrastructure and services using monitoring systems, health checks, capacity utilization, and report analysis.
  • Escalation and Support: Be the escalation point for level two issues to internal customers and manage information security questionnaires from external clients.


The successful candidate will have experience in IT infrastructure operations, network management, and IT security. They will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of IT infrastructure and services at Trilegal, and will work closely with other teams to achieve this goal.



Requirements:


  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, network management, and IT security.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network operations, including monitoring systems, health checks, and capacity utilization. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other teams.
