Cloud Security Professional

As a Cloud Security Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of cloud-based systems and applications.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement cloud security strategies to protect against cyber threats.
  • Maintain and improve the security posture of cloud platforms.
  • Oversee the process of identifying and remediating vulnerabilities.
  • Design security controls and policies, access to data, and monitor alerts to ensure that data, apps, containers, infrastructure, and networks are protected.
  • Design access configurations within a cloud solution environment using the defense-in-depth principle.

Proficiency in cloud computing technologies, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) is required. Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and CIS Controls is also essential.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology.
  • 4-6 years of experience in cloud security.
  • Familiarity with cloud security platforms like Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Good understanding of security concepts (Zero Trust Network, CASB, Cloud computing, SIEM, SOAR, PKI, DevSecOps, IAM, and PAM).
