Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, performance maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of scientific instrumentation
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and stakeholders

  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify future business development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant science field such as Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or other related disciplines
  • 8 years of experience in installation, performance maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of scientific instrumentation
  • Strong customer focus, communication skills, and analytical mindset

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel is required within designated territories and occasional travel to other countries for governance, local business support, meetings, and training
