Job Title: Korean Language Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled linguist with expertise in Korean language and culture to support the development of AI models. The ideal candidate will have excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills, as well as strong English-language communication skills.

The successful candidate will craft high-quality written content, evaluate human- and AI-generated text, and contribute to projects that advance AI's understanding of language and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate, engaging, and contextually appropriate written responses in Korean for a variety of prompts.
  • Evaluate and review both human- and AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, clarity, safety, and cultural alignment.
  • Provide detailed linguistic assessments, focusing on style, nuance, bias, clarity, and intent.
  • Conduct peer reviews of linguistic contributions to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Design creative content such as prompts, role-play scenarios, games, and thought experiments to test and challenge AI capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Korean with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Strong English-language communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Korean writing, editing, or content creation with command over tone, style, and genre.
  • In-depth knowledge of Korean culture, idioms, humor, and societal nuances.
  • Experience in linguistics, translation, teaching, or language-related projects preferred.
  • Ability to analyze and refine text for clarity, engagement, and accuracy.
