Job Title: RPA Developer

We are looking for an experienced and skilled RPA Developer who will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, designing, developing, and maintaining automated BOTs using UiPath and/or other automation tools.

The ideal candidate will leverage RPA methodologies across various enterprise automation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust BOTs using UiPath, understanding business processes from workflow diagrams and conceptualizing them as an automated solution.
  • Provide production support, addressing any issues that may arise during the execution of BOTs.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure quality and adherence to coding and architectural standards.
  • Collaborate with the RPA Tech Lead, RPA Program Lead, RPA stewards & other team members to understand current process and how to reengineer and automate it.
  • Work with Operational Teams to develop robust runbooks, providing Level 2 and 3 support as needed.
  • Support investigation and remediation of production level issues, supporting production deployments processes and performance testing.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience with UiPath studio/Orchestrator.
  • Experience in Power Automate is required.
  • Certification from UiPath is a plus, but not necessary.
  • A basic understanding of SQL and familiarity with Document Understanding / OCR is highly desirable.
