Automation Specialist with Uipath and Power Automate Expertise

Position: RPA Developer with UIPath and Power Automate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust BOTs using Uipath.
  • Understand business processes from a workflow diagrams and conceptualize them as automated solutions.
  • Provide Production Support and assist in bug fixes/enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the RPA Tech Lead, RPA Program Lead, RPA stewards & other team members to understand current processes and reengineer/automate them.
  • Contribute end-to-end with a Dev/Ops approach to RPA and help in upfront configuration and ongoing administration and support.
  • Work with Operational Teams to develop robust runbooks. Provide Level 2 and 3 support as needed.
  • Support investigation and remediation of production level issues. Supports production deployments processes and performance testing.
  • Ensure quality by supporting coding and architectural standards and thorough unit testing.
  • Assist in testing and UAT efforts.
  • Follow secure coding standards and processes including SDLC and Change Management.
  • Participate in design and peer reviews.
  • Conduct demos for RPA stewards and business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience with UiPath studio/Orchestrator.
  • Experience in Power Automate is required.
  • Experience in Cloud Flow and Desktop Flow required.
  • Certification from UiPath is a plus but not necessary.
  • Basic understanding of SQL.
  • Document Understanding / OCR experience is a big bonus.
