Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled RPA developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, Document Understanding, and Test Suite.
  • Expertise in ABBYY FlexiCapture and ABBYY Vantage for intelligent document processing.
  • Proficient in end-to-end RPA lifecycle requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Strong understanding of RPA best practices, exception handling, governance, and compliance with coding standards.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines, version control using GitLab, and secure credential handling with CyberArk.
  • Familiarity with automation testing using UiPath Test Suite and managing test cases and test sets.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers, review code, and drive technical excellence across the team.
  • Strong focus on innovation, reusability, and framework optimization within the UiPath ecosystem.
  • Up to date with latest UiPath features and updates, with a proactive mindset toward adopting new capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions.
  • Proven hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, Document Understanding, Test Suite) and OCR.
  • Proficient in end-to-end RPA lifecycle requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
