About Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Role

This is a full-time, fully remote position working in US hours (3 pm - 12 am IST). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple client accounts, driving results through strategic campaign optimisation while building strong relationships.
  • Serve eCommerce clients across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and consumer behaviour
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)
