Test Manager Job Opportunity

SAP Solution Manager experience is required for managing test management activities for any test phases within a project/upgrade/update or fix release.

This includes stakeholder communication and coordination, providing guidance and direction on test activities to project management, ensuring all test artefacts are managed within the chosen test tool for test preparation, execution and defect management.

The role ensures traceability from business requirements to executed test scenarios, manages testers to create/deliver test cases in the designated tool, tracks test progress for test preparation and execution.

Using the designated Test Management tool, the SAP Solution Manager will create Test plans/packages and assign test cases, perform Defect Handling and Continuous Improvement.

Additionally, this role provides Test Management Support to other test managers, including Test Plan/Package Creation, Test Case assignment, SharePoint Updates, Reporting for test and defect status, Hand over defects to the incident management tool, and Monitor request via test management portal.

The SAP Solution Manager delivers strategic testing concepts, such as State of the Art in Testing Solutions: SAP SolMan, SAP Cloud ALM, Test Automation, Rise with SAP, Change Impact analysis, Major Project strategy, SAP BTP, Reporting & Analytics, AI in Testing, Signavio integration.

Deliverables include Test Strategy, Enablement package for each test phase, Regional Knowledge Transfer session, Test Plan, Test and test defect reporting, and Test tool training for stakeholders.

Required skills include an experienced GTM role that able to deliver as per service description, Technical Proficiency, Tool Expertise in SAP Solution Manager (SXP Test Suite), Worksoft Certify and Analytic tools like PowerBI,- SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, Signavio Integration.

The role also requires Leadership and Communication skills, including Cross-functional collaboration, Status Report, Escalation and Decision-Making, Presentation and Training, Problem Solving and Risk Management skills, including Defect Analysis, Risk Mitigation.
