Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire top talent for our business needs in and around Bengaluru
  • Align our talent initiatives with our core business objectives
  • Design an effective organization that delivers at scale in a hyper-growth environment
  • Strategic Account Management - partner with key leaders to ensure hiring of the right talent at the right time
Requirements:
  • 7 years of experience in corporate recruiting, with a focus on Engineering, Product, IT, and Sales roles in the India market
  • Demonstrated experience in building and driving internal and external talent branding, referral drives, tech talks, webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, blog posts, and hiring events
  • 5 years of experience in building and growing business teams in India
  • Direct partnership with internal leadership up to VP and partners HR, Finance, Ops, Compensation, and Benefits teams
