**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, developing and executing sourcing strategies, and driving end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve desired results.
  • Source, screen, schedule, select, negotiate, and onboard top talent.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements for shutdowns, ongoing operations, and project-based needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand manpower needs and forecast hiring trends.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong experience in staffing and manpower supply for domestic clients (non-US).
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling recruitment teams.
  • Deep understanding of manpower planning, hiring cycles, and recruitment trends in the Indian market.
  • Ability to manage volume and niche hiring simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with ATS and Excel, and various job portals.
