Our organization seeks a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Specialist, Vendor/Order Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of Purchase Orders via internal systems (SAP PLM IBT).
  • Monitor and facilitate smooth shipment arrangements through effective coordination with vendors and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain vendor profiles across various platforms (Infor Nexus, SAP, OSCA).
  • Establish clear onboarding processes for new vendors and factories, incorporating thorough training and record-keeping.
  • Collect and analyze data from business units to generate insightful reports.
  • Evaluate vendor performance through comprehensive scorecards.
  • Track and monitor cotton chains associated with Purchase Orders.
