Strategic Project Leader

Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to meet operational goals. Develop and maintain effective project schedules, resource allocation, and cost management plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Control: Develop, coordinate, and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and direct project teams to achieve project objectives, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting knowledge sharing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members, providing regular communication and progress updates.
  • Cost and Vendor Management: Manage project budgets, vendor contracts, and cash flow, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing financial risks.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction through proactive issue resolution, transparent communication, and prompt response to client inquiries.
  • Site Visits and Reporting: Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, and prepare detailed reports for senior management and clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in strategic project management, with expertise in developing and executing project plans.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
