Key Responsibilities

  • Drive pricing strategies, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), variance analysis, and performance reporting to inform decision-making and enhance profitability across complex global deals.
  • Collaborate with sales and business teams to design, review, and validate deal structures ensuring competitiveness while protecting profit margins.
  • Conduct benchmarking and scenario modelling for strategic bids, supporting leadership in making data-driven decisions.
  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes, consolidating financial data across business units and delivering forward-looking analysis.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight business trends, providing actionable insights to leadership on revenue, costs, and profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory.
  • 5+ years post-qualification in business finance, preferably in IT/ITeS or services industry, with strong exposure to pricing strategies, FP&A, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global business environment.
