Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Model N Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional expertise in the Model N Flex application and be able to work effectively in a global delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • 4–5 years of experience across Model N Modules, including MDM, Contract Pricing, Chargeback & Settlement Processing, GP Pricing & Filling, Workbook Calculation, and GP Programs.
  • Technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX programming languages.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Cognos and BI Objects – a valuable added advantage.
  • Strong background in working with global delivery teams and product vendors.
  • Proven experience in Model N Platform Support, Implementation, and Upgrade Projects.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
  • Good knowledge of support processes, incident/SR/problem management using tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA, etc.
  • Exposure/experience with Agile and DevOps methodology.
