Financial Modelling Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Modelling Expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, build, and run comprehensive financial models for Solar PV and Energy Storage projects.
  2. Evaluate Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to populate required assumptions and structure into the financial model used for bidding processes.
  3. Collate and coordinate inputs from various teams including Development, Project Financing, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), and others.
  4. Support Development, EPC, and Financing teams in running case runs and scenarios to analyze key drivers.
  5. Assist model auditors with the audit process as required.
  6. Assist lenders with the model during project finance processes as required.
  7. Owning financial models; supporting the bidding team on all matters related to financial modelling.
  8. Maintaining and updating financial models pre- and post-financial close.
  9. Preparing presentations related to financial analysis.
  10. Training and supervising junior modellers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Business, finance, or accounting degree from a reputable institution.
  2. At least 10 years of experience in building, developing, and running project finance-based financial models.
  3. 4-5 years of financial modelling experience in solar/renewable projects.
  4. Hands-on execution capability with a can-do attitude and strong passion for financial modelling.
  5. Ability to work in a team environment and engage in cross-functional collaboration.
