Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of innovative projects. As Associate Director, you will be responsible for driving project objectives, conducting feasibility assessments, and identifying gaps in current functionalities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, with expertise in AWS serverless components and experience working in project teams. A proven track record of dealing with complex processes and global teams is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure relevant stakeholders are engaged throughout the specification process.
  • Prioritize user experience in the design and deployment of new solutions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Highly dependable, with outstanding attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.

Additional Requirements:

  • Pharma or Life Sciences functional understanding is an added advantage.

  • Must be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary team environment.

Important Considerations: The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a results-focused approach.

Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree in business or technical area, fluent English written and spoken.
  • 7+ years of experience as a technical architect practicing AWS serverless components, 2+ years working in/project teams.
  • AWS Certified Solution Architect Professional is preferable.
