We're seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the delivery of high-priority projects, leveraging agile methodologies and frameworks to drive business value.

Job Description

This key role involves leading cross-functional teams in delivering strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration, and driving relentless improvement. You will facilitate communication among teams, manage risks and dependencies, and foster an environment that aligns with our program vision.

  • Lead product delivery using agile frameworks, prioritizing individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
  • Foster a culture that embodies Agile values, encouraging open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Facilitate various agile events, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and backlog refinement meetings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Master's degree with 4-6 years of experience in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Proven experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborative spirit and effective communication skills to work seamlessly in a cross-functional team.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns and architecture.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, including Java, Python, or C++.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
