Job Title: Configuration Management Specialist

Candidates need to be able to work during core business hours in the US region.

Job Description:

  • The main goal of this role is to provide assistance with system configurations and support for global web-based applications.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Delivers daily system support (via telephone, email, and instant messaging) to users of the EtQ Reliance application
  • Troubleshoots system issues with users and collaborates with them to solve the problems, as well as the software vendors when necessary.
  • Executes several system administration tasks, such as updating website content, system data changes, etc.
  • Supports configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
  • Creates and executes test cases to verify that configurations function as expected.
  • Supports software validation and change control activities.
  • Supports the development of charts, graphs, and other reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Supports the creation of training materials.
  • Required Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • A passion for their work and a commitment to helping others succeed, a team player.
  • Experience with system troubleshooting and investigating to find the root cause.
  • Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SQL experience required.
  • Prior scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • SharePoint experience
