About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our ServiceNow CMDB initiatives. This individual will design, develop, and maintain the configuration management database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with IT stakeholders to gather requirements, implementing data standards and policies, developing documentation, providing technical leadership, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in CMDB development and administration within ServiceNow, as well as expertise in ITIL processes and best practices. Proven experience leading teams and integrating CMDB with other IT service management processes is also required.
