Job Title: Program Growth Manager

The Program Growth Manager will lead multiple high-impact initiatives, focusing on program management-driven growth. This role demands strong stakeholder management, hands-on execution, and blending strategy with operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Design and implement growth plans for new and existing projects, defining customer personas, market segmentation, and positioning.
  • Program Management: Manage end-to-end program execution, ensuring timely delivery and high quality, driving effective stakeholder communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Digital Assets Management: Oversee creation, updates, and management of website content and structure, conducting regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and user-friendliness.
  • Growth Enablement: Plan and execute impactful webinars and events to boost awareness and conversions, tracking engagement and leveraging insights to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Growth, GTM, Strategy, or Program Management roles (EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups preferred).
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to deliver outcomes.
  • Experience in website management and ensuring quality through checks/reviews.
  • Exposure to building GTM plans, growth models, and product marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in planning/executing webinars/events is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • High ownership, agility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
