Job Opportunity: Creative Director

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to assume the role of Creative Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading our creative team, driving impactful strategies in the digital marketing space, and developing innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Strategy Development: Develop and execute creative strategies for digital marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and pitch presentations.
  • Content Direction: Lead content direction – ensuring engaging, high-quality content in both English and Malayalam.
  • Review and Feedback: Review and provide feedback on designs, video edits, and creative outputs to maintain brand consistency and innovation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the sales team to craft impactful strategies that support business growth and new client pitches.
  • Adaptability and Innovation: Stay updated and adopt AI-driven tools to enhance creativity, productivity, and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 4+ years of proven experience as a Creative Director in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
  • Content Creation Expertise: Expertise in content creation, storytelling, and campaign strategy.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools, digital marketing basics, and sales strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide a diverse creative team.
