Expert Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to drive our online marketing strategy forward.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in launching and scaling high-impact lead generation and e-commerce campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

You will work closely with leadership and senior marketers to develop and implement measurable business growth across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and scale ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation, e-commerce, and affiliate brands.
  • Manage performance campaigns across multiple industries, including E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and more.
  • Optimize campaigns relentlessly by tracking key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions.
  • Test and experiment boldly, using structured A/B tests to improve campaign performance daily.
  • Collaborate with creatives to convert bold ideas into campaigns that deliver results.
  • Dive into data analysis to uncover insights and recommend next steps.
  • Ensure effective budget allocation to ensure every dollar spent drives measurable growth.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by exploring new paid channels and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • AI-driven mindset and comfort with AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance.
  • Creative + analytical balance and ability to test, learn, and innovate quickly.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Skills in Conversion Tracking through Google Tag Manager.
  • WordPress website development and optimization.
  • Technical knowledge of landing pages, pixels, and tracking integrations.
