Business Generalist Role Overview

This is an intense and high-impact business generalist role that involves working closely with our CEO on cross-functional initiatives.

The primary responsibility of this role is to bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes on high-impact problems that don't have clear owners.

  • Solve complex, cross-functional problems using first-principle thinking.
  • Collaborate with Sales on initiatives to maximize revenue by identifying and fixing funnel leakages and shaping pricing/packaging strategies.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs such as trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn through strategic inputs and process design.
