About the Job

As a detail-oriented and proactive RFE Writer, you will support our staffing, background verification, and related business processes by drafting, reviewing, and responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other compliance-related documentation.

This is a fully remote position, but requires working night shifts aligned with US hours.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Draft, edit, and finalize RFE responses in clear, professional language.
  2. Collaborate with recruiters, HR, compliance, and legal teams to gather required documents and supporting evidence.
  3. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in all submissions.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US staffing, immigration, and background verification requirements.
  5. Track and manage deadlines to ensure timely delivery of RFE responses.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling sensitive information.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  3. Prior experience in RFE writing, staffing documentation, or compliance writing is an advantage.
  4. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  6. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online collaboration tools.
Work Environment
  1. Shift Timing: Night shift, aligned with US business hours.
  2. Mode: 100% Remote (must have reliable internet, laptop and a quiet workspace/area).
