Job Title: Strategic Compliance Lead

About the Role

The Strategic Compliance Lead will oversee a geographically distributed team of compliance specialists who ensure physical security compliance across multiple data center locations. This role involves developing and implementing compliance frameworks, conducting audits, and recommending corrective actions to manage risk.

This position requires strategic thinking, operational expertise, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, leading audits, and collaborating with cross-functional groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance frameworks and policies
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance
  • Recommend corrective actions to mitigate risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive compliance experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing people
  • ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 certification
