As a Client Delivery Lead, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Banking-as-a-Service solutions for enterprise clients.

  • Lead client discovery sessions to capture business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Translate client needs into actionable delivery plans, covering integrations, deployment models, and compliance requirements.

The role requires strong leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key deliverables include managing project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication, as well as documenting reusable patterns and contributing to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in fintech, banking (SME/ Retail/ Core Banking implementation, risk platforms etc.), or technology delivery roles.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm).

Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi), logging/monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana), and security best practices.
