Oracle C2M Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Utilities C2M professional with extensive experience in customer care, billing, and meter data management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Care and Billing (CC&B): In-depth knowledge of CC&B processes, including billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, and service orders.
  • Meter Data Management (MDM): Expertise in MDM, including schema design, validation rules, and data flows.
  • Field Service Integration: Strong understanding of integration with field service management platforms, such as MWM or external FSM systems.
Technical Requirements:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT: Experience with these technologies, including web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture.
  • Data Modeling and Batch Processing: Strong skills in data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications.
  • Oracle Database and SQL/PLSQL: Proficiency in Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques.
Architectural and Leadership Skills:
  • Enterprise Utility Architecture Design: Proven experience in designing enterprise utility architectures, including cloud migration strategies and hybrid models.
  • Leadership and Communication: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, conduct architecture reviews, and produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints.
