Vodafone Idea Limited is a leading telecom service provider in India, offering pan-India voice and data services across 2G, 3G, and 4G platforms. As a Retail Projects & Infra Lead, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining best-in-class infrastructure, upkeep, and ambiance of both large and small format stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standardize retail elements and execute the design of LFS and SFS infrastructure.
  • Manage HSW elements and process management, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Execute tasks through vendor management, developing and maintaining a network of vendors.
  • Deploy brand elements in coordination with the brand and marketing team.
  • Own store roll-out and closure as per guidelines, ensuring high engagement and productivity among channel partners.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in retail, infrastructure, or real estate, with a background in project management.
  • Good project management skills, with knowledge of various infrastructure elements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
  • High accountability and ownership, with a focus on delivering results.

Performance Indicators:

  • Drive and facilitate infrastructure, upkeep, ambiance, and HSW compliance across LFS and SFS.
  • Lead indicators: SPOT THE SPOT Score, timely replacement of furniture and fixtures, implementation of brand elements, and adherence to timelines.
  • Own annual budget planning on Opex and Capex for clusters, including RnM, AMC, and housekeeping.
  • Lead indicators: timely finalization of annual Opex and Capex, Opex spend as a percentage of budget, cost savings through negotiation, and downtimes for infrastructure elements.

Job Context:

This role requires collaboration and coordination with various functions at the cluster and corporate levels to achieve results. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with HSW guidelines, while also owning and executing Opex and Capex.
