  • Proactively monitor application health, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions to prevent delivery issues.
  • Establish robust governance frameworks to ensure adherence to milestones and quality standards.
  • Analyze key metrics to guarantee budget compliance and project success.
  • Apply recovery expertise to assess, resolve, and execute turnaround plans for troubled projects with minimal impact.
  • Promote Service Excellence by building trust with stakeholders through structured communications and proactive engagement.
  • Use influencing and advisory skills to manage client expectations and realign delivery commitments when necessary.
  • Lead Steering Committees to ensure strategic alignment.
