Service Enhancement Role

This is a key position for an Assistant Service Manager who will be responsible for supporting the Service Manager in various tasks and projects.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery such as compression and capsule filling equipment. They should also be able to comprehend user requirements and convert leads into orders by preparing technical scopes and quotations.

Key responsibilities include conducting customer visits for inspection of machines related to retrofitting and upgradation, providing effective solutions to resolve customer issues and requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical machinery such as compression and capsule filling equipment.
  • Customer Interaction: Ability to understand user requirements and convert leads into orders by preparing technical scopes and quotations.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Solution Provision: Provide effective solutions to resolve customer issues and requirements.

The Assistant Service Manager will also be responsible for maintaining detailed documentation of customer interactions, machine evaluations, and service reports, staying updated with industry trends and technological advancements in pharma machinery, and providing technical support to the sales team during client negotiations and proposal development.

Additionally, they will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols during machine upgrades and installations, and train junior staff or technicians on machinery handling and troubleshooting techniques.
