Overview:

We are seeking an experienced RPA Engineer to manage end-to-end UiPath automation pipelines, integrate DevOps practices, and ensure deployment, monitoring, and operational stability across Orchestrator and AWS. This role requires a technical partner who can collaborate with RPA developers and IT/ops teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • UiPath Automation Management:
  •   Deploy and manage UiPath bots, assets, and versions across Dev/UAT/Prod.
  •   Configure and maintain UiPath Orchestrator (tenants, robot provisioning, queues).
  •   Integrate UiPath with ServiceNow, APIs, SharePoint, and other systems.
  •   Build monitoring, alerting, and robust error-handling for automation workflows.
  •   Use JIRA for tracking and Confluence for documentation/knowledge sharing.
  •   Manage scalable UiPath environments on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).
  •   Troubleshoot issues, manage access/credentials securely, and follow compliance controls.

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 4 years of experience in RPA (minimum 2 years with UiPath).
  • Strong expertise in UiPath Studio & Orchestrator.
  • Solid Python scripting skills; familiarity with .NET/VBA.
  • Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch).
  • Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • UiPath certifications preferred (e.g., AARD, Solution Architect).
