Business Process Analyst Role

As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation across various industries by implementing agile methodologies, process mining, and AI-powered workflows.

You will execute policies within compensation frameworks, process employee benefits with an understanding of client-specific regulations, and navigate dependencies within the end-to-end HRMS system seamlessly.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Process benefit applications either directly or via third-party vendors.
  • Maintain employee benefits and compensation records, updating relevant systems to support these processes.
  • Evaluate and resolve compensation-related queries in a timely manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in any field, preferably with an MBA in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in handling benefits administration and compensation for international companies.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits and compensation related processes, preferably with experience working on SAP HRMS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop robust solutions.
