Senior Operations Manager Position

The Senior Operations Manager will lead a team of data analysts to ensure compliance with reporting and time sheet metrics.



  • Drive engineering operations efficiency and ensure 98% adherence to key performance indicator (KPI) metrics.
  • Collaborate on monthly operational reporting across global, Meta, India, China, and Mexico regions.
  • Manage high-throughput screening business asset operational performance in India with less than 2% variance and drive operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, resolving systemic issues, and collaborating with various departments to streamline operations and drive efficiency.



  • Establish near real-time operational metrics availability and predictive analytics capabilities.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of projects.


A strong understanding of the company's goals and objectives is required, as well as excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
