Our team is seeking a seasoned professional to provide critical support in legal and taxation matters. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
The chosen individual will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing legal documents, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and supplier contracts. They will also be required to maintain a comprehensive log of all legal documents and periodically review them before expiry.
Additionally, the successful candidate will support the company's secretarial compliances, such as directors' registrations, meeting minutes related to board of directors/annual general meetings, and XBRL filings. They will also liaison with the headquarters regarding documentation and legal requirements, as well as review vendor agreements and finance-related SOPs/authorization tables.
Responsibilities include preparing compliance calendars for all legal and tax due dates, updating on weekly basis regarding taxation/legal changes, and supporting taxation/finance matters assigned by the finance head.
Qualifications: Commerce/Legal graduate with CA Inter/LLB/CS Inter qualification.
