Talent Acquisition Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts in supporting business growth and future capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Data Analytics hiring, particularly in Actuarials and Catastrophic roles.

This leadership role requires the ability to develop and manage procedures and policies, working closely with internal and external sources to screen, source, and fulfill hiring needs. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for motivating and inspiring others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, guiding, supporting, and developing a recruitment team through a business partnership and relationship management mindset.

The position involves devising sourcing strategies, recruiting using multiple channels, and driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice from a recruiting lens.

  • Team Management: Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Recruitment Deliverables: Devise sourcing strategy, recruit using multiple channels, serve as a trusted business partner, drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice.
  • Process Adherence and Efficiency: Ensure process adherence, develop checks & balances, continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices, monitor data performance metrics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, act as a point of contact for hiring inquiries and needs.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team, develop appropriate training programs, provide coaching and feedback to team members.
Requirements:
  • 12-14 years of overall experience, 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics hiring (particularly Actuarials, Catastrophic roles) and some understanding of analytics front (catastrophic modelling, etc)
  • Team management experience of at least 4 years is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for Data Analytics hiring
  • Proficiency in data analysis and finding trends
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, business analytics, or related field
