\US F&A GL Accounting Specialist Role\

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with expertise in US F&A General Ledger (GL) to join our team.

\Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Closing the US F&A GL month end tasks\
  • Submission of Borrowing Compliance and Ratio Analysis\
  • Preparation of Balance sheet, Income Statement and Accruals movements\
  • Guiding the preparation of monthly financial accounts in line with SOPs and processes\
  • Preparation of Annual Accounts and Finalization of Accounts of Group Companies and Consolidated Accounts for the Company in line with US GAAP\
  • Monthly consolidation of group companies\
  • Assisting in year-end books for audit purposes and liaison with auditors for interim and final audits\
  • Implementation of suitable internal control systems in the department\
  • Providing information to top management on a monthly and need basis\
  • Maintaining detailed cash flow analyses as required\

    • Key Requirements:\
    • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-5 years of experience preferably Big 4\
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting\
    • Experience in Staffing & IT software companies is preferred but not mandatory\

      • Essential Skills:\
      • Well-organized with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills\
      • Ability to work effectively with management and colleagues\
      • Demonstrated ability to work independently\
      • Strong organizational skills, including task prioritization, deadline management, and multitasking\
      • Knowledge in different Ratios, US GAAP, FCCS/EPM, Power BI, MS office\
