Senior Branch Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Branch Manager to spearhead business growth within our Health Insurance Agency Channel. This strategic leadership role involves providing clear direction to a team, ensuring they achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy agency distribution base.

This position requires a seasoned leader who can drive business productivity, enhance the quality of our agency network, and manage the sales process from lead generation to successful business conversion.

  • Leadership & Strategy: Provide vision and objectives, support team members with expertise, products knowledge, and market advice.
  • Performance Management: Conduct weekly performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and create developmental plans for team members.
  • Sales & Team Management: Maximise sales productivity, meet monthly and annual targets, and ensure high-quality agencies.
  • Recruitment: Identify and recruit top Financial Consultants (FCs) from the market, develop them into Business Leaders (BLs), and expand the distribution network.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: A graduate degree is mandatory.
  • Experience: Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably in team-handling roles.
  • Skills: Demonstrated success, stability, and strong communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and local languages.
