  • **Technical Requirements:** Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Notepad++. Experience with graphic design software like Photoshop and Dreamweaver is also necessary.
  • **Design Skills:** Ability to create web designs that meet modern standards and trends.
  • **Problem-Solving:** Strong understanding of DIV-based HTML construction to ensure structured, maintainable, and SEO-friendly markup.
  • **Collaboration:** Collaborate effectively within a team setting to contribute to project goals and milestones.
  • **Creative Thinking:** Skilled in developing wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to guide project development.
  • **Innovative Solutions:** Ability to address and resolve design and functionality issues creatively.
  • **Staying Up-to-Date:** Must be knowledgeable about current web trends like CSS Flex and Grid, and stay updated with new technologies.
