Key Responsibilities
  1. Culture Development
    • Lead the charge in creating a positive work environment and driving organizational growth.
    • Focus on leadership actions impacting team member performance to create better customer experiences and business results.
    • Identify and address any issues within the organization to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Business Strategy and Direction
    • Contribute to brand strategy discussions and brainstorming sessions.
    • Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet business objectives and advance brand strategies.
    • Lead initiatives and define future brand design direction.
    • Ensure design quality and adherence to design directives.
  3. Account Management and Partnerships
    • Collaborate with the SMM and strategy team to develop innovative concepts and identify potential problems.
    • Contribute to pitch presentations and provide strategic input.
  4. Team Leadership
    • Foster growth and skill development of team members.
    • Provide creative direction and help drive innovation within the team.
    • Internal communication to streamline and standardize service quality.
    • Lead the account team and ensure best-in-class work is delivered consistently.
  5. Planning and Prioritizing Work
    • Improve tracking and monitoring of team members' progress and provide support as needed.
    • Project manage work and ensure all deadlines are met.
    • Participate in the hiring process and assess candidates for their team.
    • Keep attrition factors low and advise management accordingly.
    • Perform Quarterly Evaluations and Annual Appraisals for team members periodically.
