Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Content Writer to lead our global content transformation journey, where copy, craft, and AI innovation intersect.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior leaders in the US and work with global teams to define new standards for creative + technical content.

About the Role

  • Develop high-quality content across campaigns, platforms, and product documentation.
  • Balance creative storytelling (brand voice) with technical writing (software, system documentation).
  • Integrate AI models to scale and adapt content for diverse markets.
  • Collaborate with UX, design, and production teams to deliver seamless content experiences.
  • Establish content guidelines, templates, and frameworks for global adoption.
  • Partner closely with leadership to shape global content strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in content writing, with strong exposure to both creative and technical domains.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a portfolio spanning digital campaigns and technical documentation.
  • Ability to work across time zones and manage global stakeholders.
  • Understanding of AI in content creation and automation.
  • Leadership experience in guiding a team of writers/content specialists.
