We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Strategist to develop and execute innovative marketing plans, driving business growth through paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to expand our online presence and reach new customers.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement targeted marketing strategies across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance.
- Maintain and optimize campaigns daily to achieve key performance indicators such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with our brand voice and aesthetics.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance tools.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize returns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads (preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
- Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
