Brand Solutions Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Brand Solutions Lead to join our team. This key role requires a seasoned professional with 4-5 years of experience in digital/integrated advertising agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients, understand briefs, campaign planning and management, monthly evaluation, and discuss solutions to enhance the brand's position.
  • Strategize on monthly digital marketing plans to meet brand objectives basis the client brief, set timelines for projects basis the brand priorities, and manage client expectations by keeping them informed on various activities.
  • Report brand performance to the client as per the pre-decided scope, identify learnings, and implement suggestions to the strategy basis of the report.
  • Manage and oversee the work of a group of team members to ensure timely delivery of day-to-day brand requirements.
  • Provide training support to the team as needed and offer guidance.
  • Identify key performers within the team and map out a growth plan and create a succession plan.
  • Analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional digital marketing services to existing clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and share knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

  • Technical knowledge of Google Analytics or other marketing analytics platforms.
