Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end data analysis, creation of dashboards and presentations, and partnership with technology partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, ability to work with multiple tools and technologies, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Data Analysis within Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Snowflake
  • Creation of dashboards and presentations
  • Strategic partnership with technology partners
  • Feature prioritization and outcome measurement

The successful candidate will have experience with Web Analytic tools (Adobe Analytics – preferred; Google Analytics), expertise in Power BI and SQL, and basic understanding of tag management is a plus.

A bachelor's degree is required, master's preferred, and 6-9 years of digital/eCommerce, analytics, or other related experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis within Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Snowflake
  • Creation of dashboards and presentations
  • Strategic partnership with technology partners
  • Feature prioritization and outcome measurement
Requirements:

Curiosity, storytelling, analytical thinking and communication are key for this role.

  • Relay back to manager plan for feature measurement, dashboard creation and execute analysis
  • Partner with stakeholders to set expected outcomes and goals for new omni features
  • Parter with technology partners and product owners on how to interpret dashboards
  • Summarize feature outcomes and effectively present recommended go-forward strategies
  • Build and maintain Power BI store and customer reporting
  • Own partnership in workshops to help brainstorm new ideas for features or site enhancements
  • Independently identify optimization opportunities on the site which increase conversion and enhance user experience
