Senior Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Executive to lead the design, implementation, and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess service delivery effectiveness, quality, and productivity across global teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance management, service delivery, or operations management, with at least 8+ years of experience in a leadership role. They will drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending corrective actions to enhance service quality and delivery.

This senior executive will collaborate with operational teams and leadership to design and implement process optimization strategies aimed at improving productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in performance management, service delivery, or operations management is required, along with a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of KPIs and metrics to measure service delivery performance
  • Collaborate with business leaders, operations teams, and service managers to understand business goals, objectives, and service requirements
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
  • Design and implement process optimization strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Oversee regular performance reviews with individual team members and leadership, providing actionable feedback and support to drive improvement and development

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • At least 8+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in performance management, service delivery, or operations management
  • A strong background in performance management, service delivery, or operations management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
