Job Title: National Sales Manager – Tractor Finance

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive tractor loan growth.
  • Drive disbursements through diverse channels, including DSA, OEM, and dealer networks.
  • Lead and mentor zonal, regional, and area sales managers to enhance team performance.
  • Pursue geographic expansion and onboard new distribution partners to increase market reach.
  • Forge strong partnerships with tractor OEMs, dealers, and agri-influencers to drive business growth.
  • Maintain high portfolio quality through effective compliance and risk management practices.

We're Looking For:

  • A seasoned professional with 12–18 years of experience in tractor finance or rural lending.
  • At least 3–5 years of national-level sales leadership experience.
  • A strong network and relationship management skills with OEMs & dealers.
  • The ability to lead large, dispersed teams and drive results-oriented performance.
  • An in-depth understanding of rural/agri-finance market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships to drive growth in underserved rural markets.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tractor OEMs, dealers, and agri-influencers.
  • Oversee team performance and provide guidance to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in tractor finance or rural lending.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
